1Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for serving

Instructions
-
Cook the protein β Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
-
Season it up β Add the minced garlic and taco seasoning. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 2 tablespoons of B-Rad's Garlic Ghost Hot Sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce coats the meat.
-
Warm the tortillas β Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and warm each corn tortilla for about 15 seconds per side until pliable. Keep them wrapped in a clean towel to stay warm.
-
Build the tacos β Spoon the fiery meat mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
-
Bring the heat β Drizzle extra Garlic Ghost Hot Sauce on top for those who want to go further. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
