- 8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/3 cup B-Rad's Habanero Hot Honey
- Red habanero pepper rings for garnish

Marinate β Soak the chicken in buttermilk with salt and pepper for at least 1 hour (overnight is better).

Dredge β Mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge each piece of chicken, pressing the flour on so it sticks. Let rest 5 minutes for a crispier crust.

Fry β Heat oil to 350Β°F in a deep skillet. Fry chicken in batches, skin-side down first, for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165Β°F internal). Drain on a wire rack.

Glaze β While still hot, drizzle generously with B-Rad's Habanero Hot Honey. The heat of the chicken melts the honey into a glossy glaze.
