Instructions
-
Prep the ribs β Remove the membrane from the back of each rack and pat dry. Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to make a dry rub. Coat both racks generously.
-
Low and slow β Preheat your grill or oven to 275Β°F. Set the ribs meat-side up on a foil-lined tray, wrap tightly in foil, and cook for 2.5 hours until tender.
-
Glaze time β Unwrap the ribs and brush generously with B-Rad's Tequila Pineapple BBQ Sauce. Return to the grill (or broiler) for 10-15 minutes, brushing with another layer of sauce every few minutes until sticky and caramelized.
-
Finish β Squeeze fresh lime juice over the ribs and let rest 5 minutes. Cut into individual ribs and pile on a platter.
-
Serve β Garnish with pineapple wedges and cilantro. The tequila-pineapple sweetness with a smoky chipotle kick is pure grill magic. ππ₯
